Nexergy Holdings PLC (“Nexergy”) is proud to announce the appointment of Brigadier (Ret’d) Iain McNeil OBE as a Non-Executive Director to its Board, effective immediately.
Mr McNeil brings with him an exceptional record of leadership and governance across both military and commercial spheres. Having risen to the rank of Brigadier in the British Army, he served extensively in Northern Ireland, the Middle East and beyond, twice Mentioned in Despatches and awarded an operational OBE. Following his military career, he played a pivotal role in scaling a leading international executive recruitment group, driving its growth from a small enterprise into a multi-country business with hundreds of employees.
With deep experience as Chair and Non-Executive Director across a range of organisations, Mr McNeil brings to Nexergy a proven track record in corporate governance, fiscal discipline and strategic growth. His ability to lead and inspire teams at scale, coupled with his commercial acumen, will strengthen Nexergy’s Board as the company continues to advance its mission of delivering transformative energy solutions.
