The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Suppliers should maintain a safe and healthy workplace, including emergency response plans, hazard prevention, and
employee training. We encourage adopting a proactive approach to incident prevention.
We are committed to providing high-quality services and products. Suppliers should adhere to quality standards,
ensure compliance with applicable laws, and strive for continuous improvement in their processes.

By working with Nexergy Holdings PLC, you agree to uphold the principles in this Supplier Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in corrective action, up to and including termination of the business relationship.
