Supplier Code of Conduct

Introduction. Nexergy Holdings PLC is committed to ethical business practices and sustainability. We expect our
suppliers to uphold high standards in their operations, in line with our core values. This Supplier Code of Conduct
outlines the expectations we have for our suppliers regarding legal compliance, environmental responsibility, labour
and human rights, health and safety, and ethical conduct.


1. Compliance with Laws and 

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

2. Environmental Responsibility

  • Sustainable Practices: Suppliers are expected to minimise environmental impact and implement sustainable practices, such as reducing waste, conserving resources, and managing emissions.
  • Climate Commitment: We encourage suppliers to align with global environmental standards, such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and to set measurable sustainability targets.

3. Labour Standards and Human Rights

  • Fair Labour: Suppliers must ensure fair wages, reasonable working hours, and safe working conditions for all employees.
  • Human Rights: We expect suppliers to respect and uphold human rights based on international principles, such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
  • Modern Slavery: Suppliers must prevent any form of forced labour, child labour, or modern slavery in their operations and supply chains.

4. Health, Safety, and Wellbeing

Suppliers should maintain a safe and healthy workplace, including emergency response plans, hazard prevention, and
employee training. We encourage adopting a proactive approach to incident prevention.

5. Quality and Continuous Improvement

We are committed to providing high-quality services and products. Suppliers should adhere to quality standards,
ensure compliance with applicable laws, and strive for continuous improvement in their processes.

6. Ethical Business Practices

  • Anti-Corruption: Suppliers must adhere to anti-bribery laws, including the UK Bribery Act and similar
    international regulations. Any form of bribery, fraud, or unethical conduct is prohibited.
  • Fair Competition: Suppliers are expected to engage in open and fair business practices and avoid any anti-
    competitive behavior.
  • Transparency: We value transparency and may request documentation or conduct audits to verify
    compliance.

7. Inclusion and Diversity

Nexergy values inclusion and diversity. We expect suppliers to foster a diverse workforce, ensure equal opportunity,
and support inclusive business practices.
