Drawing on over 25 years in project management, contract oversight, mechanical engineering, and large-scale site construction, Mr. Pritchard is renowned for executing challenging projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. His background in waste-to-energy, anaerobic digestion, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) strengthens Nexergy’s capacity to anticipate market changes and navigate regulatory needs. As Head of Engineering, Mr. Pritchard will primarily: Coordinate large, multidisciplinary teams in construction Keep projects on schedule and within budget, covering risk assessment and mitigation Uphold stringent standards of safety, innovation, and compliance
