Nexergy Announces New Head of Engineering, Heralding Major Expansion

A Key Addition to the Team

Nexergy is pleased to announce that Mr. Wade Pritchard has joined the company as its new Head of Engineering. With extensive experience in the development, construction, and operation of advanced renewable energy projects, Mr. Pritchard will be vital in managing the planned rollout of complex infrastructure.

Drawing on over 25 years in project management, contract oversight, mechanical engineering, and large-scale site construction, Mr. Pritchard is renowned for executing challenging projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. His background in waste-to-energy, anaerobic digestion, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) strengthens Nexergy’s capacity to anticipate market changes and navigate regulatory needs.

As Head of Engineering, Mr. Pritchard will primarily:

  • Coordinate large, multidisciplinary teams in construction
  • Keep projects on schedule and within budget, covering risk assessment and mitigation
  • Uphold stringent standards of safety, innovation, and compliance
